St Dakota is a creative and brand agency founded by Mike and Sarah Fritz in 2017.
Combined, Mike and Sarah have 22 years creative and communications experience. They've worked with some of the biggest global and local brands, bringing campaigns to life across multiple platforms.
Opting for a path less travelled, the couple in work and love have both left big boardroom companies in pursuit of a bohemian business life. They took their creativity and laptops around the world as digital nomads and to date have visited 14 countries under the St Dakota Banner.
Known for their unique creative approach and exceptional client services, they are an award winning duo with down to earth vibes.

Sarah - Director of Brand Strategy
Responsible for strategic direction, Sarah interprets how trends impact brands and consumers with a creative and commercial lens. She contributes to creative direction and has added invaluable insight to the design and research process for categories such as beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle.
Sarah previously worked on multiple global Publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE and marie claire in Australia; achieving multiple business awards including Sales Person of the Year 2015 (News Corp Australia) and nominated for Sales Person of the Year (Magazines) at Mediai awards 2016.
Following 10 years in the publishing, media and marketing landscape, Sarah was motivated to create a workplace initiative called the Yes Queen - a not-for-profit company on a quest to future-proof wellness at work by erasing bulling and cultivating cultures that are safe, positive and inclusive.
Mike - Creative Director
With over two decades in design and conceptualisation, Mike is responsible for art direction.
His outstanding visuals and strong strategic thinking is applied to creative projects across TV commercials, graphic design, photoshoots and branding campaigns. Mike’s ability to bring a brand’s vision to life has seen him win multiple awards in Australia, New York and Cannes Lions Festival.
Mike previously worked for multiple award winning creative agencies including Engine Group, Clemenger BBDO, BWM, AJF, DDB and Leo Burnett.
When not behind his desk, Mike can be found strumming his guitar and pursuing his passion for art.
